What if real change came from loving yourself enough to want better

My Specializations

Nutritional Coaching

Food and body is hard right?   Most of us have spent our lives on a hamster wheel trying to catch up with an unattainable standard of wellness.  What if there was another way.  One where your body felt nourished, your soul felt home and you were enough as you are right now.

Meal Planning

Struggling to eat well or figure out what to cook?  Or just simply overwhelmed by the never ending reality of food preparation.  Why not try a different way, a softer way.

Life Coaching

Progress is the cornerstone of growth and we are taught that if you stop moving you die.  But what if progress could happen just as easily in a state of slowness, grace and self-compassion.  Try a different way.  Grow from love and not from shame.

Mental Health Support and Balance Coaching

You are not imagining it, there is a lot to do and a lot to be but you are not alone either.  Balance is not a one time high score.  It is a slow sustainable and sometimes really frustrating process.  But it’s worth it because slowness and balance are rebellion in a society that overloads our plates.

“You are worthy of love, support, nourishment and care just as you are right now”

My Philosophy

Life is rough, right? We all know that, in our bones, at the end of a long day – we can feel the weight of everything we carry. But it doesn’t always have to be like that. We have been sold this narrative of hustle and grind, and while yes, progress needs to happen, progress can happen just as easily in a space of slowness, grace and self compassion. Maybe even more effectively than it can be achieved from a state of exhaustion, burnout and self criticism. This life we lead is a lot of things. Hard? Yes. Impossible? Not even close. Easy? Not always. But beautiful? Heck yeah.

Ever heard of the reticular activating system? In a nutshell – If you are looking for a red car, you’ll spot all the red cars, guaranteed. If you are looking for reasons that life is hard, you’ll find them, they’re there. But we all know that story and the negative feedback loop gets a bit tedious after a while. But if you make the conscious decision to look for the beauty, the magic, the slowness, the joy. You might just find that your own story changes too.

I am not selling a miracle cure. I am not promising you a fixed or perfect life. No one can promise you that. I am not claiming to be a doctor, or a dietician, or a health expert by any means. But I am inviting you to take a step back from the story of wellness and enoughness that has been pedaled to us. Both by big pharma, and the alternative wellness gurus that pop up everywhere like whackamoles, claiming the solution to your burnout is their amazing tea, supplement or guidebook.

So what is the truth? Impossible to know, with so many directions to turn. But here’s my take.

True wellness, true balance – takes time to cultivate. Slow, practical, compassionate steps that you can implement over time. Wellness, in this case, is not something you can buy in a bottle or a jar, because what you’re experiencing is not an acute sickness that a miracle pill will fix. It’s exhaustion – plain and simple. A side effect of living in a society that is always switched on, in constant flux and never slows down. A society that expects you to be a boss ass career woman, an amazing caretaker and a top chef. And on top of that, we’re supposed to take the best care of our bodies, skin, hair, teeth AND mental health??? I’m sorry, it’s giving role overload.

Here’s the truth (according to me). You don’t need to operate at 100% capacity, 100% of the time. It’s unrealistic, unsustainable and does not give our bodies and souls the rest and nourishment they crave. What you need isn’t another liver detox or blood panel or visit to an ashram. True healing, emotional and physical – is a non-linear, holistic journey that makes room for ups and downs. Mind, body, heart. It’s all connected. And it starts with gentle awareness. Slowly peeling back the covers on our lives, finding out where we hide from ourselves, how much of this wellness culture do we use as cannon fodder for our own sense of not – enoughness? How many of us give up or don’t even try because this ultimate wellness feels so unattainable? My whole philosophy isn’t about being the most healthy, evolved, best versions of ourselves. It’s about accepting ourselves as and how we are right now. Tired, sad, scared, insecure, or gently hopeful for a better future. And arousing that awareness, not from a place of shame, but from a place of love, is where the healing starts. Where it goes from there, that’s up to you. Ready to take the next gentle step? – book a free discovery call, let’s chat.

Disclaimer: Please go to the doctor if you are sick. Medicine is not evil. Neither are supplements, or apple cider vinegar. That’s not the point. The point is that you don’t have to be, and do and buy everything under the sun to be well, or to feel whole.

How It Works

1.

Book a discovery call

No commitments, no judgements I promise! Seriously it’s free.

Just 15 minutes – you and me.

2.

Get curious about your relationship with food and your body

Think of me as your talking mirror.  I am here to help you look for yourself wherever you may have hidden.

3.

Gently challenge limiting self-beliefs

Change doesn’t happen without discomfort.  It also doesn’t happen in self-hatred.

4.
